PAYMENT POLICY

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

At Masinge IT Solutions, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before commencing any project. This policy applies to all services provided, including web development, graphic design, cybersecurity, and any other IT-related services. The deposit secures your project in our schedule and covers initial resources and preparation required to deliver our services.

2. Project Commencement

We will only start working on your project once the 50% non-refundable deposit has been successfully received. No work will begin until this deposit is confirmed. By making this payment, you are agreeing to the scope, timeline, and terms of the project as outlined in the proposal or agreement.

3. Payment Terms

The remaining balance of the project fee is due upon project completion or according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in a delay in delivery, or in extreme cases, suspension of services.

4. Additional Costs

Any additional services requested that fall outside of the agreed project scope will be charged separately. You will be notified in advance of any extra costs, and the payment for these services must be made before the work begins.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfers
  • Credit or debit card payments (via secure online payment gateways)
  • Other payment methods as agreed upon (such as EFT or mobile payments)

6. Late Payments

If a payment is not made by the specified due date, late fees may apply. Additionally, delays in payment can lead to project delivery delays. In cases where payments are overdue by more than 30 days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the project without further notice.

7. Refund Policy

The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances once work has commenced. However, should you decide to cancel the project before the commencement, we will refund any payments made, minus administrative fees. Once the project is completed, no refunds will be issued for services rendered.
